My stick-and-poke tattoo :) it’s a little beehive and it’s one if my few tattoos with a long sappy back story. I have plenty of professionally done tattoos, but this one was done at home, the week I became vegan. One of the hardest things to give up as a vegan for me, was honey. Not because I love it so much, but because it’s in everything! but when I decided to become vegan, I knew I wasn’t going to do a mediocre job- because if i’m going to call myself a vegan, I want to earn the title, meaning no more honey, not even once. So say what you will about home tattoos, and stick-and-pokes, but I love my little beehive and everything it means to me :)
