ATTN: Philly, PA, and Philly Wanna-beees

As of the month of May we will be looking for a new roommate to join our household in lovely West Philadelphia. 
-Our house has a very relaxed and communal feel, and we would be looking for someone who could help us continue keeping that atmosphere present.
-The layout of the house is four bed rooms, 1.5 bathrooms (huge bathtub/shower), large kitchen, living room, dining room, large basement for storage/creative space, backyard, and front porch with two gardens. 
-Ideally we would be looking for someone who desires living in a meat free house hold and would maintain the common values of the house, for example: No hateful speech/language, no cops, no excessive partiers.  
-Our house is completely furnished, and we still have many odds and ends from previous roommates in case you are in need of a bed/table/etc.
-We do have one foster cat who is very friendly, lovable and very well maintained in the house. However, I would say we are not looking for any other pets to join our house at this time.  
-Three different types of public transportation are all available within a block of our house, with center city only being about a 15 minute bike ride away (with access to very awesome bike lanes)
-There is also an endless selection of awesome restaurants, coffee shops,and super markets all within blocks of the house. (that I would gladly give you a tour of, i love west)

We are defiantly looking for something who is working or financially secure. If finding a job in the city is difficult for you at this time and you are very interested in moving into our house, we do all work at the Swan Boat Rental during the summer and could defiantly hook you up with a short term job there.
